This policy covers the New Eridu Proxy League pages only - the public Deadly Assault leaderboard, challenge pages, and submission flow. The rest of Interknot - Helper's dashboard is a dev-only tool for running the Discord server and isn't public, so it isn't covered here.
Logging in uses Discord OAuth, which shares your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and the list of servers you're in. We don't see your email, password, or DMs, and we don't ask Discord for anything beyond that.
When you submit a run, we store what you enter: which boss/challenge it's for, your agent and build selections (W-Engine, Discs), your reported score and time, a link to your proof video, and any note you add. If a submission gets flagged, we also keep the reviewer's notes and decision.
If a submission is approved, your Discord username, avatar, build, score, and proof link appear on the public leaderboard - that's the whole point of the league, so treat anything you submit as visible to anyone who opens the page.
Pending submissions, rejected submissions, reviewer notes, and reports you file against another run are not shown publicly - only reviewers and league staff can see those.
We set one cookie: a strictly necessary session cookie that keeps you signed in with Discord. It doesn't track you across other sites and there's no way to browse the league without it, so it isn't something you can opt out of.
The banner you may see on your first visit is for anything beyond that - we don't currently run analytics or any other non-essential cookie, but if that ever changes, it'll only run for visitors who choose Accept. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage, not a cookie itself.
Your Discord login keeps you signed into your own account and confirms you're the one submitting a run. Submission data builds the leaderboard and lets reviewers check runs for accuracy. We also use basic, non-identifying request logs (like error logs) to keep the site running - nothing sold or shared for advertising, and no third-party analytics or ad trackers run on these pages.
Discord handles the login itself - see Discord's own privacy policy for what they do with your data. Proof links usually point to a video host you chose yourself (YouTube, Streamable, etc.) - once you post a link, that platform's own policies apply to the video, not this one.
Submission and leaderboard data stays while the league feature exists. Session logins expire automatically after a period of inactivity. If you want your submissions removed or your account's data deleted, reach out on the Discord (link in the top bar) and we'll handle it.
This is a small, actively-developed fan project - this page may be updated as the league grows. Meaningful changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
